Is there a DLP focused on log management?

There are dozens of DLP solutions on the market, and I am looking for one that meets the following requirements. In short:

1. No design related files can be brought out from the server without permission of management, such as by e-mail, usb or any means.
2. Having a file log to trace user activities on server.
3. Function of print screen can be forbidden by different users. I have learned about SIEM, but it is expensive for our company, which has less than 200 employees. It is also inconvenient for us to centrally manage event logs on individual hosts. There are also curtain logtrace and MacAfee. Has anyone used curtain or else?
