Is using pirated accounts but genuine softwares safe to be used for my data and operating system?

There is an online marketplace in my area selling very cheap accounts for Adobe software. Suppose I download the software legitimately from its official website (using direct download links from Adobe products) and log in using these accounts, what negative consequences might I expect for my data and operating system? I am using a Mac, if that is relevant.
