Are the encrypted browser-saved passwords randomly overwritten when deleted?

Normal ‘deleting’ of data and actually randomly overwriting it are very different in terms of security. So, just deleting passwords is not considered secure, because they can be recovered.

And although nearly all browsers encrypt their saved passwords, the key is quite easily accessible without privileges, and encryption can be broken anyway.

But are the encrypted browser-saved passwords randomly overwritten when deleted?

If ‘browsers in general’ is too open-ended, I would be satisfied with information on common browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).
