I can’t get rid of the PC HelpSoft Driver Updater application on my PC.

I can't get rid of the PC HelpSoft Driver Updater application on my PC. I've already followed all the steps that were given here on the MalwareTips website, but I can't uninstall this thing. Does anyone have an answer to this or any tips on what I can still do? I hope so.
