Has anyone audited Deepseek for spyware? [closed]
As per the title. It's Open Source. Probably a lot of code, so a lot to audit; but if I use the self-hosted version, am I giving my data to China? Normally, if you are not paying for the product, you are the product, so I wonder here.
TBH, we give away so much of our data that I hardly care anymore, but I wouldn't want it rootkitting me.
