Should I be concerned that Let’s Encrypt uses a Ukrainian certificate server?
I was looking through my Firefox browser Certificate Manager list of servers and came across this one:
Server: xn--80aealdk(a-dozen-more-characters):443
Certificate Name: tr-vs.com.ua
Lifetime: permanent
Issuer: Let's Encrypt
Is this a legit entry in my brower's certificate manager?
