Lists of blocked certificates on various platforms
This webpage by Apple appears to list the certificates that their products automatically treat as untrusted by default. Are there similar resources for other platforms and/or browsers?
On this site, Understanding Microsoft list of disallowed certificates suggests that Microsoft publishes the hashes of the disallowed certificates. Do they also publish the names and issuers of these?

though other data points would also be of interest.
