Which cybersecurity certification provides practical skills [closed]
I got certified in CompTIA Sec+ and CISM. However, I don't seem to have the right practical skills to compete for cybersecurity jobs, where the two certifications are mentioned. I seem to have a lot of knowledge, but not skilled at doing the real work.
For example: How exactly do I start to develop a cybersecurity strategy for an enterprise?
Which tools must I learn to gain the real-work experience, so that I can compete for positions like "Cyber and Information Security specialist"?
Which documents should I be able to write? And, where can I find practical guidance, hands on classes?
How do I develop an information security program in the real world?
