Is it my network? Still being tracked despite being on Linux.

I was hacked by an advanced hacker sometime ago, and decided to wipe everything, and also include Linux as a dual boot system.
I thought this would be 100% secure but I am still seeing traces of the hack despite using Linux and unmounted the windows partition.
